To answer your first question, the cost is in WU.

To answer the second, you could just sell them, but without a good trade-aspected skill (Bargain, Commerce, I forget, sorry - bad ST) then you wouldn't make as much as you might.

Of the effect here of Azrael and the effect on the spreadsheet which one is true? +1 damage for whole combat, or +1 damage 6 times per combat?

Will they be complete before DT closes? Addiction rules may affect what, if any, drugs we buy in downtime.

Broadly speaking what format will addictions take? If it'll just be a roleplay effect then I dont imagine it will greatly impact planning but if there's lost downtime actions, reduced stats or rehab endeavours then it'll probably have a big impact?

Still being rounded out, so bear with us.

Broad thoughts are that being addicted means your first hit of that substance within a certain time frame does nothing, and you have a need to have that hit. Overdosing on drugs will also have an effect, causing immediate negative side effects instead of the intended effect.

So after everything we just said, I've been thinking and it seems likely we won't be introducing these rules for this event, as several valid points have been brought up regarding both them and too many changes at once.

This isn't a definite 'they won't be coming for Xanadu' but this is a 'Rob has said no and is waiting to be convinced otherwise'.
